KNOXVILLE, TN – Walters State kept their winning streak going on Thursday evening, sweeping Pellissippi State 3-0 (25-10, 25-11, 25-19).

 

With the win, Walters State improved to 16-6 overall and 4-1 in conference play. They've now won five matches in a row. 

 

Lauren Mims led the way for Walters State with eight kills and 10 digs, while Allison Singleton had 10 digs and 15 assists. Other contributors were Jaci Drinnon with 17 digs, Maddie Rockrohr with 15 digs and Mattie Davis with 10 kills. The team had 10 aces.

Walters State will be back in action next Tuesday when the Lady Senators host Roane State. The match is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m.
