Bats heat up as Lady Senators complete sweep of Jackson State

MORRISTOWN, TN – The freezing temperatures were no match for the flaming hot bats of No. 5 Walters State on Sunday afternoon, as the Lady Senators completed a sweep of Jackson State with an 11-2 win in game one and a 13-4 win in game two.

"We keep rolling," Walters State coach Larry Sauceman said. "That's the plan to just keep on going. It was one of those weekends where it was cold and tough, but we got it done. Just got to keep on going like we have been."
